**SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWBIRDS**

We have availability from 31^st December 2008 until 3^rd April 2009 at a special rate of $1900 / £1100 per month, inclusive of pool heating and taxes. Please Contact Us for further details.

Pool Heating is available all year round at £70 per week, if required. Please request at time of booking.

Deposit of £150 / $270 is required at time of booking

Security Deposit of £200 / $360 is required with the final balance, which will be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure from the villa.

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa
